Kindness Matters
At Adel Primary School, we use a child-friendly approach to role-modelling and teaching the pupils about equality, diversity and inclusion. We call this our ‘Kindness Matters’ approach, which incorporates 4 key principles: Respect, Equality, Diversity and Sustainability. This approach helps the children to understand the importance of being kind to themselves, to each other and to the planet.
