Published 11/03/26We were thrilled to welcome Tom Palmer into school.
We had a great time hearing all about Tom's books and all the things which inspire him to write. The reading and sport quiz at the end was great fun, with a penalty shoot out to decide the winners of a signed Tom Palmer book!

Published 22/01/26We are delighted to announce that we are an ArtForms Music Champion School.
Mrs Outram attended a celebration event recently, collecting our certificate and a huge banner.
The Head of ArtForms, Paula Brookes shared the following with us
"On behalf of ArtForms and Leeds City Council, I just wanted to say a massive thanks for being at our Champion Schools event last night. It was such a joyful celebration of the amazing work that happens in schools, and ArtForms were absolutely thrilled to be able to recognise and award you the recognition that you so rightly deserve"

Published 04/04/25We are super excited about our new canopy classroom in the conservation area - every class has been in for lessons this week.
It is a great addition to our school and will allow us to access the outdoor learning space whatever the weather!

Published 27/03/25We had the pleasure of welcoming Leeds Indie band, The Dunwells into school today.
They held a song writing workshop with our Year 4 and 5 classes and then performed the songs and a few of their own to the whole school. A fabulous experience for children and staff.

Published 19/03/25We were thrilled to welcome Daria Phillips and Rebecca Rouch into school during the Leeds International Concert Season. Playing the flute and the bassoon, they treated us to a wonderful performance with the Hedwig's Theme (theme from Harry Potter) being one of the many favourites.
